Started in Florida with her own company named plum associates and event planning and artist management company, then moved to New York where she met Jalani W others know as KING L a producer in the Upstate NY area and founder of Encore Entertainment Agency. They decided to work together with the knowledge on all sides of the entertainment industry and she was titled CEO, lead A&R and Artist Management.
